Make plans now to join us in the fight
against cancer by forming your own Relay For Life team. Raise money for a
great cause, and have fun doing it.
 | Choose your team captain! This fearless leader will be the liaison between the
American Cancer Society and your team, and if you're lucky, will guarantee a lot of fun at
the RELAY.

| Pay the "Early Bird Registration" fee of
$125 per team if paid by April 15, 2005. Registration fee after April
15,
2005 is $150 per team. You will receive
a RELAY FOR LIFE t-shirt for each team member (maximum
12). Additional shirts available in limited quantity at $8.00
each. Register early!

| Each team decides how it will raise the $$$$$ (see our fundraisers
page for some great ideas!) Tell people you're raising money
for a good cause. And to reward such strong efforts, you can earn incentive prizes
(see Team Captain's Packet).

| Prepare to have fun! Bring a tent to spend the night, some
Frisbees to toss on the
field, and a camera to take blackmail pictures of your friends and family in the wee
morning hours of the RELAY FOR LIFE.

| Give your group its own identification, and you will have an easier time finding your
fellow team members. Teams are encouraged to come up with a theme, then decorate
their campsites.

| Come to the Relay on June 24-25, 2005. Registration starts at 3:00 p.m.
Tell
your neighbors, friends, and everyone else you know to come cheer your team on!

Mingle with the other RELAY participants and make new friends.
When it's your turn, walk or run on the track with a smile, knowing you're doing your part
to fight cancer. There is no finish line until there's a cure! |
