Soundtracks...

Andras Jones' music has appeared in many motion pictures over the years and, as you can see, most of them suck (the motion pictures, not the songs). This doesn't stop them from showing continuously on late night cable, so next time you're flipping through the channels in a Motel 6, look for some of the following titles. You won't simply experience the music, you'll also see plenty of gratuitous sex and violence.

Seeds of Tragedy - This made for FOX-TV movie about the dangers of cocaine addiction features the song "Take Off your Clothes" from Mr. J & The P's 1990 release, "The Wrong Side of Mr. Jones and The Previous".

Intimate Stranger - We haven't seen this Deborah Harry film, but it features the song "Down, Down, Down" (from "The Wrong Side of Mr. Jones and The Previous") in it's closing credits.

Number One Fan - This film about a crazed fan stars Chad McQueen and features the song "Hole In The Bottom" (from "The Wrong Side of Mr. Jones and The Previous") which was co-written with Billy Lincoln.

Rhinoskin - This film about a struggling young director features "I Think They Want Me" (from "Porch Music").

Left-Overs - This soon to be released film about young people doing...stuff features "Nothing's Real 'Til It Bites You" (from "Porch Music")

Voodoo - This film stars Corey Feldman as a college student who joins an evil fraternity. At one point in the film he goes to a bar where "Hometown Boy Made Bad" (from "Mr. J and The Fascists: In Search of The 100th Monkey") is playing on the stereo.

Little Witches - This film about bad girls on detention over spring break in a Catholic girls school features "Who's Gonna Make It Rain?" (from "Mr. J and The Fascists: In Search of The 100th Monkey") while one of the girls (Sheeri Rappaport) does a sexy dance for the benefit of some construction workers.

Listen - This suspense-thriller about a psychopathic voyeur and some lipstick lesbians features two Mr. J and The P songs; "No More Fighting" (from The Hard Feelings) and "Rip It Away" (from "Porch Music").

Touch Me - This heartwarming drama about an "all American boy who falls in love with the HIV positive girl next door" stars Amanda Peet and Michael Vartan and features "Ring From My Finger" (from The Hard Feelings).

Green - This fledgling effort from director Karl T. Hirsch about Phoenix twentysomethings on a drug trip features "Ugly Inside" (from The Hard Feelings). The soundtrack album also features "Home Is..." (from UnPop...).
