Olympia Oyster Company has cultivated shellfish on our privately owned tidelands since incorporation in the Washington Territory in 1878. As one of the oldest, continuously operating oyster companies on the West Coast, we take pride in providing the finest shellfish available to our customers. Processing and shipping year round, we specialize in growing and harvesting the rare Olympia Oyster, the native oyster of the Pacific Northwest.

| Our oysters are raised on 700 acres of prime
marine farmland in the waters of the famous Totten Inlet (Oyster Bay)
Estuary of southern Puget Sound.
Along with the Olympia Oyster, we also raise and harvest the larger Pacific Oyster (in both Oyster Bay and Quilcene Bay), the Manila Clam (steamers), and the Native Littleneck Clam. |
