Yellowstone! Island Park Village Resort is an all-seasons playground near the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. On-site facilities include an indoor pool, a racquetball court, a sauna, two therapy pools, tennis, a nine-hole golf course, and a pro shop. Every type of freshwater trout fishing can be found within a 30-minute drive. West Yellowstone, gateway to Yellowstone National Park, is just 22 miles north. Snowmobiling is very popular in the area, which boasts over 500 miles of groomed trails. Cross-country skiing is available on site. Downhill skiing is available at Big Sky, Montana, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, each within 60 miles of the resort.

Island Park Village trades through both RCI (Resort 0027), and Interval International (Resort IPV). The resort has been upgraded to a Resort of International Distinction (RID) by RCI. You get a strong exchange with these timeshares because demand exceeds supply at Yellowstone.

Timeshare owners can take advantage of bonus time at reduced rates. The timeshare units are being refurbished.

Prices:

$500 for fixed or floating swing time (includes both fixed and floating weeks ranging from Weeks 15 to 20 and 41 to 45--includes April, May, and November).

$1000 for fixed or floating high time (includes both fixed and floating weeks ranging from Weeks 41 to 52 and 1 to 20--includes November to May, including snowmobile season).

$2000 for floating prime time (you can have any week).

Maintenance fees range from $246 (swing) to $355 (prime) and are based on season. Buyer pays resort ownership transfer fee and recording fees, totaling about $60, directly to resort and county recording office. I will pay for deed preparation.

Your bid is your down payment. Terms: 90 days, same as cash, or pay all at once. I accept Paypal (2% fee), cashiers check, or personal checks (allow two weeks to clear). Deed will be mailed to you upon full payment.
